Canonsburg, PA (Hybrid) Position Summary Hive+Co has a full time opportunity with our client for a Senior Enterprise Architect Customer / Corporate Solutions. The Senior Enterprise Architect provides strategic and technical leadership across customer and corporate application domains. This role partners with Application Development, Infrastructure, Security, Data & Analytics, and PMO teams to define and execute enterprise architecture strategy, roadmaps, and standards aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Define and drive enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and capability roadmaps. Translate business needs into architecture blueprints and high-level solution designs. Partner with business and IT leadership to guide technology investment decisions. Evaluate system designs, risks, costs, and alignment with business goals. Lead architecture governance processes (e.g., architecture reviews, standards, exception management). Establish and maintain architecture standards, frameworks, and reference materials. Act as a trusted advisor to Product and Engineering teams, promoting scalable and innovative solutions. Research emerging technologies and industry trends to support continuous innovation. Mentor and guide architects and technical teams across the organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 7+ years of enterprise architecture experience, particularly in customer-facing or corporate systems. Experience with platforms such as Adobe, GitHub, NICE CX, Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow. Knowledge of modern architecture capabilities (e.g., APIs, DevSecOps, AI/ML, integration, commerce, security). Experience with both on-premise and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across teams. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and architecture platforms (e.g., LeanIX).
