Develop and improve Cloud PC provisioning standards and processes.
Create and maintain Cloud PC image strategy and lifecycle management.
Engineer and maintain Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies, update rings, and security baselines.
Develop automation solutions utilizing PowerShell and Microsoft Graph APIs.
Support the organization's migration from ThinOS-based devices to Windows IoT platforms.
Act as a technical lead for Modern Workplace technologies.
Create and maintain engineering documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
Provide technical guidance to operations and support teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on stability, security, and automation.
Strong experience designing and managing Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).Advanced PowerShell scripting capabilities.
Experience leveraging Microsoft Graph API for automation and reporting.
Strong understanding of Windows endpoint lifecycle management.
Experience with application packaging, deployment, and software lifecycle management.
Experience with configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines.
Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 enterprise environments.
Knowledge of Conditional Access and Zero Trust principles.
Experience with endpoint security controls and Microsoft Defender technologies.
Ability to automate manual operational processes through scripting and orchestration.
Strong troubleshooting skills across endpoint, identity, and cloud-managed environments.
Preferred QualificationsWindows IoT Enterprise administration and engineering.
Thin client migration initiatives.
Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops administration.

Senior Modern Workplace EngineerLocation:
Merrifield, VA, Pensacola, FL, or San Diego, CA (Hybrid) Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Modern Workplace Platform Engineer to support the organization's strategic transition from traditional Citrix VDI to Microsoft Windows 365 Cloud PCs and Windows IoT-based endpoints. This individual will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for endpoint engineering, automation, platform modernization, and operational efficiency initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.Develop and improve Cloud PC provisioning standards and processes.
