Hybrid - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote We are seeking a Senior RAN Integration Engineer with extensive hands-on experience supporting Ericsson and Nokia RAN environments, including 4G/LTE, 5G, Cloud RAN, and Open RAN deployments. The ideal candidate will have recent Ericsson RAN integration experience and strong expertise with MoShell, SecureCRT, Ericsson Cloud

Key Qualifications:

10+ years of experience supporting RAN build and deployment projects. 5+ years of recent experience leading network design, scripting, integration, testing, and troubleshooting. Extensive hands-on experience with Ericsson RAN , Nokia RAN , and Ericsson ENM/OSS environments. Strong, recent experience with MoShell , SecureCRT , and Ericsson Cloud ENN . Proven experience with BBU migrations and direct coordination with field technicians. Advanced knowledge of 3G, 4G/LTE, and 5G technologies. Experience with

RFDS, RNDCIQ, RAN

design parameters, scripting, and automation. Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capabilities. Python and/or Java experience preferred but not required. Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau preferred. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong customer-facing, communication, documentation, and technical presentation skills. Experience leading technical teams and working in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end RAN integration, scripting, testing, audits, call testing, and site delivery. Support 4G, 5G, Cloud RAN, and Open RAN integration activities. Lead and support BBU migration activities and coordinate directly with field technicians. Develop scripting and automation solutions to improve deployment efficiency, accuracy, and First Time Right (FTR) performance. Troubleshoot complex RAN configuration and integration issues and develop RCAs. Work with customers and technical teams to define integration solutions, validate designs, and establish deployment standards. Support hardware/software deployments, feature trials, and new product introduction activities. Provide technical support to delivery organizations and assist with resolving complex technical issues. Develop technical documentation, presentations, proposals, and customer-facing materials. Provide feedback regarding product, software, scripting, and tool improvements. Support internal automation tools and Agile development activities. Mentor engineers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions. Maintain current knowledge of RAN technologies, tools, configurations, and deployment methodologies.
