Job Description:
Strategic Analysis, Inc. (SA) is currently seeking a Systems Integrator to support our Office of the Under Secretary of Defense/War for Research & Engineering (OUSW(R&E)) customer. OUSW(R&E) has the responsibility within the Department of Defense/War (DoW) for synchronizing Science & Technology (S&T) efforts across the department, the Joint Staff, and the Services. This is a hybrid position. On-site work with our government clients in the Mark Center of Alexandria, VA is to be performed as needed, estimated to be at minimum one (1) day per month, and subject to change. As a Systems Integrator, you will:- Support the integration of data from existing Service/Component systems into an OSW platform, working with the OUSW(R&E) Director of Technology Transfer, Transition and Commercialization (T3CP), the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of a fully operational database for T3CP.
- Provide support as a principal analyst for data-driven technology transition.
- Conduct data analysis to build and scale models that support the acceleration of commercialization and transition of technology.
- Coordinate project schedules to meet assigned deadlines.
- Coordinate information flow between all programs and organizational managers.
- Establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
- Provide a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components.
- Experience working with CDAO (Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office) preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
Clearance:
An active SECRET clearance is required.Education:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. At the discretion of the Government client, specialized experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirements.Experience:
- Five (5) years' recent and relevant experience is required.
- Experience supporting the federal government and the DoD is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with coordinating master project schedules and information flows between programs and organizational managers, establishing functional and technical specifications and standards, solving API, hardware and software interface problems, defining input/output parameters, and ensuring integration of the entire system or subsystem.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Ability to work independently with junior and senior staff in a distributed environment while maintaining a strong commitment to scheduled deliverables.
