This role serves as the primary Technical Direction Authority (TDA) Systems Engineering Point of Contact responsible for leading requirements management, coordinating technical working groups, and ensuring successful development and delivery of combat system capabilities. Required Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related STEM discipline. 7+ years of systems engineering experience supporting complex Department of Defense acquisition or combat systems programs. Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines, contractors, and government stakeholders.
Desired Experience:
Experience supporting government programs or Navy submarine combat system programs. Experience serving as a technical lead or working group chair. Familiarity with Capability Development Documents (CDD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), Product Specifications (PSPEC), System/Subsystem Specifications (SSS), System Requirements Specifications (SRS), and Use Case development.
