Job Description
Build the infrastructure behind the next generation of AI-powered legal services. Our client is looking for a hands-on engineer to architect Azure AI systems, document ingestion pipelines, RAG solutions, and the data infrastructure that turns complex information into secure, intelligent, searchable knowledge. Work directly with senior IT leadership on strategic AI engineering initiatives. Opportunity to work with cutting-edge Azure AI, RAG, LLM, and vector-search technologies. Compensation $150,000 base salary What You'll Be Doing Architect and operate Azure infrastructure supporting AI workloads. Build document ingestion pipelines using OCR, extraction, chunking, and vector indexing. Design and operate production RAG architectures and LLM-integrated applications. Develop APIs, integrations, agents, and AI-powered applications. Architect databases, schemas, ontologies, taxonomies, and retrieval systems. Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, iManage, and AI platforms. Maintain AI integrations, MCP servers, authentication, and data governance. What You'll Need to be Considered 4+ years in software Engineering, Data Engineering, or AI Engineering with hands on production experience. Hands-on Azure AI Foundry, Document Intelligence, Content Understanding, and AI Search experience. Production experience with Azure Container Apps, Static Web Apps, Cosmos DB, Functions, Key Vault, and Entra Application Proxy. Experience with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Online, Copilot 365, and Copilot Studio. Experience configuring and deploying MCP servers. RAG, vector indexing, and LLM application experience. INDIT
