Senior Server & Infrastructure Engineer Location:

Midway, TN 37809 We're looking for a hands-on Senior Server & Infrastructure Engineer to support and optimize enterprise infrastructure environments across Windows, Linux, virtualization, cloud, and storage platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize Windows & Linux server environments
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Support SAN/NAS and cloud storage infrastructure
• Maintain Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Point, and OneDrive
• Support backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure security initiatives
• Perform patching, performance tuning, lifecycle management, and capacity planning
• Partner with networking, security, application, and support teams on infrastructure projects
• Support production environments, critical outages, upgrades, and maintenance activities

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of infrastructure/server engineering experience
• Strong Windows & Linux administration experience
• Hands-on Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience with virtualization, storage platforms, backup, and DR solutions
• Understanding of infrastructure security best practices
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with automation/configuration management tools
• Monitoring and alerting platform experience
• Microsoft, CompTIA, or related certifications
