Job Description

Job Overview As an Integration Technician, you'll be responsible for bringing together the mechanical, electrical, and subsystem components of our missile and launcher systems into fully functional, test-ready hardware. You'll work hands-on across final assembly, systems checkout, and troubleshooting, ensuring every unit that leaves the floor meets the reliability standards required for deployed defense hardware. Responsibilities
  • Integrate mechanical, electrical, and electronic subsystems into complete missile and launcher assemblies per engineering drawings and work instructions
  • Perform systems-level checkout, functional testing, and troubleshooting of integrated hardware
  • Identify and diagnose integration issues across mechanical, electrical, and software interfaces, escalating to engineering as needed
  • Support pre-flight and post-flight inspection, configuration, and preparation of test articles
  • Maintain detailed build and test documentation to support traceability and quality requirements
  • Collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, and test engineers to resolve integration issues and improve build processes
  • Support rapid iteration cycles, providing hands-on feedback that improves manufacturability and reliability Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in systems integration, electromechanical assembly, or a related technical role
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions
  • Comfortable using hand tools, basic test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes), and precision assembly techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or missile systems integration
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-rate production environment Additional Requirements
  • U.S. Person status required (ITAR)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Must be willing to work extended hours or weekends when needed to support critical test and deployment deadlines

$28.00 - $45.00 per hour
