TITLE:

Principal Systems Engineer

JOB DUTIES

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) role will be responsible for safeguarding critical and confidential information belonging to DTCC. This role is also responsible for following industrys best practices in setting security controls to ensure safety of information systems by providing protection from unauthorized access. This role is responsible for setting the

strategy/roadmap for CIAM Program, architect/solution design, plan and implement IAM solutions.

Role has end to end accountability of Ping Suite of products, IBM ISAM, LDAP and Datapower.

Review risk findings and remediate on timely manner and ensure resiliency of IAM services are efficient to secure business

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business to ensure solutions are delivered on time

Support multi-year CIAM transformation journey including strategy, design, implementation and operationalizing new technologies necessary for the transformation

Solution, Design, Plan and Delivery solutions for CIAM transformation which may include IGA

Collaborate with Operation team on transition new technologies and enhancements

Solution, Design, Plan and Delivery workforce Access Management solution and strategy

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly

Support Disaster Recovery and Resiliency Testing activities

Mentor team members

Ability to clearly communicate ideas and thoughts across organization

Business first mindset to apply right security control to secure business assets

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any) or related field and 8 years of experience in the job or related position or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any) or related field and 5 years of experience in the job or related position.

Prior experience to include:

Architecting, Design and Solutioning in IAM Technologies

Defining strategy and roadmap for

CIAM/IAM

3 years of experience in leading IAM project/team

Leading large IAM modernization project

Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) experience

Designing and developing solutions using security protocols OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, FIDO and SAML

Development experience using XML, XSLT, Java or .Net

Implementing solutions on IAM tools and technologies

SOAP, WSDL and REST APIs

Working in a Unix/Linux environment along with server hardware, networking, and general IT infrastructure

LOCATION

Coppell, TX. Telecommuting may be permitted a few days a week. When not telecommuting, must report to DTCCs office in Coppell, TX.

SALARY:

$164,800.00 per year.
