You know how to:
Provide tier I and II consultative client support Assist clients in troubleshooting Windows server issues such as Active Directory, DNS, VMWare, backup, DR, and common client/server applications including MS Office. Assist clients in troubleshooting networking issues related to Meraki VPN/firewalls, Cisco routers/switches, and other Internet-related problems. Assist clients in troubleshooting workstation, peripheral, and mobile device issues such as Office 365, Windows 10/11, standard and proprietary applications, desktop and laptop hardware, printers, scanners, fax devices, and mobile devices such as iPhone and Android. Install, configure, and deploy workstations for end users. Coordinate and work with the account team (account manager, escalation engineers, etc) to make recommendations for the client. You are able to lift up to 50lbs., pulling cable, tying up wires, crawl on floors to reach equipment, and load equipment.Qualifications:
The candidate must possess a relevant combination of education, experience and training that demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions.Pay and Benefits:
This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed 100% on-site with a client.Estimated Starting Wage Range:
$33.65- 36.
