Leads a small team of system administrators and database engineering, owns the infrastructure roadmap, and serves as the escalation and decision point for infrastructure architecture, change management, and root-cause analysis. This position is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area and requires to be 100% onsite. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the infrastructure team (system administration, network support, database engineering) and manage day-to-day work priorities Provide infrastructure architecture planning across network, cloud (Azure), and security domains Own lifecycle management of all IT infrastructure - servers (physical and virtual), hyperconverged platform, storage, backup, and Microsoft 365 / Azure services Drive robust change management, troubleshooting, and root-cause identification Maintain the infrastructure roadmap with continuous review of resiliency, performance, and capacity Manage infrastructure cost, licensing inputs, and coordination of managed-service partners (database managed services, network operations center) Support facility onboarding / offboarding and acquisition integration from an infrastructure perspective Qualifications 7+ years of progressive infrastructure operations experience, including 2+ years leading a team or workstream Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization / hyperconverged (e.g., VMware, Dell VxRail), and Azure / Microsoft 365 administration 3-5 Years experience managing Microsoft Azure Cloud services centered on infrastructure, architecture, Entra ID, and other essential services. Experience with enterprise backup and disaster recovery platforms (e.g., Rubrik) and infrastructure monitoring tools Working knowledge of enterprise networking (SD-WAN, firewalls) sufficient to plan and prioritize network work Distribution, logistics, or multi-site environment experience preferred; ITIL familiarity preferred
