Job Description

Senior DevOps Lead Location:
Prosper, TX Job Summary:
Mroads is hiring a Senior DevOps Lead to lead cloud and on-premises infrastructure, DevOps automation, CI/CD, deployments, and production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Manage application releases and deployments across multiple environments. Drive infrastructure automation, scalability, performance, and reliability. Provide technical leadership to DevOps and Infrastructure teams. Lead production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA. Oversee infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and performance improvements. Implement monitoring, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions. Establish DevOps best practices, documentation, and operational processes. Drive continuous improvement and adoption of modern DevOps technologies.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and production operations. Proven experience leading DevOps or infrastructure teams. Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and problem-solving skills.
