Key Responsibilities
  • Support systems engineering activities from requirements development through integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
  • Translate operational and technical requirements into hardware and software specifications.
  • Perform requirements analysis, allocation, interface definition, and system-level trade studies.
  • Support system verification and validation activities.
  • Evaluate technical performance, risk, cost, schedule, and system supportability.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure system requirements are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation throughout the system lifecycle. Key Qualifications
  • Experience with systems engineering, system integration, or complex product development.
  • Knowledge of requirements development, analysis, and management.
  • Experience supporting hardware/software integration and verification and validation.
  • Understanding of system interfaces, trade studies, and technical risk analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines.
