Job Requirements Ogden, UT Secret Polygraph not specified Early Career (2+ yrs experience) $85,000 - $110,000 Job Description Potential T-H Hourly 40-55.00 per hour Systems Engineer We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support the development, integration, testing, and lifecycle management of complex hardware and software systems. Key Responsibilities
- Support systems engineering activities from requirements development through integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
- Translate operational and technical requirements into hardware and software specifications.
- Perform requirements analysis, allocation, interface definition, and system-level trade studies.
- Support system verification and validation activities.
- Evaluate technical performance, risk, cost, schedule, and system supportability.
- Work closely with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and ensure system requirements are achieved.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation throughout the system lifecycle. Key Qualifications
- Experience with systems engineering, system integration, or complex product development.
- Knowledge of requirements development, analysis, and management.
- Experience supporting hardware/software integration and verification and validation.
- Understanding of system interfaces, trade studies, and technical risk analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines.
