U.S. Citizens and Green Card Holders Preferred The Desktop Support Engineer provides first- and second-level technical support and manages the efficient assignment and dispatch of service requests. This on-site role ensures end-user issues are resolved promptly—either directly or by coordinating with other technicians—by triaging tickets, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining strong communication between IT and users. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications. Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting. Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations. Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required. Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team. Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop environments Experience in hardware troubleshooting and replacement Basic understanding of networking (LAN connectivity, switches, routers) Ability to diagnose and resolve desktop, printer, and peripheral issues Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently in onsite support environments Work Model On-demand / field support role Work assignments will be shared by the Service Delivery Team Engineers will be contacted via phone or email when support is required Engineers will receive site location, SPOC details, and reporting time before each assignment No guaranteed number of working hours How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to send their resumes to:Benefits
