As a Jr. Critical Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring 100% uptime of our data center operations, supporting mission-critical infrastructure for both the company and our customers. This position reports on-site and works closely with senior engineering staff and site operations teams to maintain, support, and optimize all technical aspects of facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and review maintenance methods, standards, and operating procedures for all facility equipment. Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to plan and execute customer solutions, including space, power, and cooling requirements. Support the daily operations of critical infrastructure systemsincluding power, HVAC, and life safety equipmentensuring optimal performance and rapid incident response. Assist in generating and maintaining up-to-date facility and compliance reports. Provide technical support during customer installations and integrations, ensuring successful project completion. Address operational issues promptly to uphold our commitment to 100% uptime. Liaise effectively with operations management, vendors, and stakeholders to implement and track solutions.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in facility operations within data centers, telecommunications, or similar mission-critical environments. Familiarity with maintenance management and ticketing software platforms. Capable of working in high-pressure, high-availability (24/7/365) environments, including vendor coordination and emergency response. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Foundational knowledge of mission-critical facility systems, including Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), generators, mechanical, and fire safety systems. Understanding of building automation systems, energy management, and control systems for mechanical and electrical infrastructure. Strong multi-tasking and time management skills; ability to meet shifting deadlines. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

Compensation:
Salary range: $75,000 $90,000 (commensurate with experience), plus full benefits package.
