Job Description

About us nuvioIT is an
MSP/MSSP
based in Hampton Roads, Virginia. We support Defense Industrial Base contractors and commercial businesses. Every client we have came to us by referral. We have never run an ad. Our reputation is the business. We are a small team and we operate differently than most MSPs. We do what is in the client's best interest in every decision, even when it is not the easiest path. We take the burden off the client instead of handing them a task list. That is the standard for everything we touch. There is no bench here. When a project is yours, it is yours from the first call to the last ticket. We are accountable and honest. When something goes wrong you own it, say so, fix it, and move on. No excuses. The Role You will own client projects in the Microsoft 365 stack from scoping through delivery. Expect to spend your first week learning our RMM and PSA. After that you are running projects on your own, managing the timeline, communicating with the client, and getting it done. This is a hands-on engineering role. You will be in the tenant doing the work, not writing plans for someone else to execute. If you need daily direction to keep moving, this is not the right fit. If you would rather own something and be trusted to finish it, it probably is. What you will do Deploy and support Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, including Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Android Enterprise enrollment, compliance and configuration policies, and app deployment Configure and tune Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, and Defender for Identity across client tenants Deploy and operate
