Enterprise Hosting Service Lead - SME

Everforth ECS is seeking an Enterprise Hosting Service Lead - SMEto work in Fairfax, Virginia.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

ResponsibilitiesLead the development and governance of hosting architecture standards for ARNG environments.

Formulate and implement resiliency strategies and capacity planning models to enhance hosting capabilities.

Direct the integration of hosting services with network operations and cybersecurity controls.

Oversee configuration control governance and drive performance optimization initiatives.

Develop lifecycle management frameworks to ensure secure and scalable enterprise hosting.

Advise Government leadership on hosting risk posture and infrastructure sustainability.

Facilitate modernization planning to reduce technical debt and improve operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with DoDIN requirements and disaster recovery architectures.

DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Advanced proficiency levelCertifications (one or more required): Security

X / CASP+, CCNP

Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, GFACTEducation:

Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in leading enterprise hosting services within DoD or Federal environments.

Proven expertise in developing hosting architecture standards for diverse infrastructure environments.

Experience in directing integration efforts with identity platforms and cybersecurity controls.

Strong ability to advise on strategic technology adoption to maintain mission readiness.
