Infrastructure Management-UC Administrator - Senior

Everforth ECS is seeking an Infrastructure Management-UC Administrator - Seniorto work in Fairfax, Virginia.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

ResponsibilitiesAdminister unified communications platforms to support voice, video, and collaboration services across enterprise environments.

Manage secure communications infrastructure and configure call routing and conferencing systems.

Integrate directories and perform platform updates to ensure optimal performance.

Monitor service availability and performance, implementing security baselines to maintain compliance.

Coordinate with network and hosting teams to resolve outages and maintain service reliability.

Provide operational reporting and technical oversight to ensure resilient and mission-ready communications.

Implement security hardening standards to protect communications infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity and configuration management requirements.

DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 451-System Administrator at the Advanced proficiency levelCertifications (one or more required): Security

X / CASP+, CCNP

Security, CCSP, FITSP-O, GFACTEducation:

Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supporting enterprise unified communications within DoD or Federal networks.

Demonstrated expertise in administering voice, video, and collaboration platforms.

Experience in monitoring and ensuring service availability and performance.

Proven ability to coordinate outage resolution activities effectively.
