• Bachelor's Degree
• Master's degree OR FEAC certified ACEA Green Belt, FEAC certified enterprise architect (CEA), TOGAF Foundation, or Certified FEAF practicioner
• 10+ years IT architecture experience in a federal environment
• comfortable "team leading" an additional EA, data analyst, and 2 functional analysts
• active secret clearance
• SATCOM background
