Contract Job Description:

Network architect to provide data networking solutions and oversight in regard to legacy telco services such as broadband internet circuits, cloud networking, wireless mobile service, etc.

Responsibilities:

Extensive knowledge and experience with Data and Network Monitoring technologies, standards, and practices for management of the broadband circuit portfolio. Ability to assist with the Data Networking services lifecycle from strategic planning to operations and financials, from a broadband circuit perspective. Wireless mobile phone and Data Networking expertise required to specify business requirements for current & future services. Ability to perform Voice and Data Networking technology and operational assessments to manage the legacy portfolio/tech debt to create future roadmaps. Experience with wireless Intune MDM for configuration of wireless settings for devices Experience in managing general technology incidents and leading them to resolution. Understands best practices in service management including contract and vendor management in an outsourcing or shared service Responsible for responding to and resolving customer/agency escalations

Recommended Knowledge/Experiences:

Experience in State/Agency is a plus. ITIL Foundations certification desirable Experience deploying and managing broadband circuits and wireless phone solutions Experience in cloud networking Experience with Thousand Eyes network monitoring tool
