Build automation-heavy workflows and front-door experiences in Intelligence Community environments. Implement Flow Designer and IntegrationHub patterns for approvals, routing, notifications and orchestration. Build and extend catalog items for IT support, service requests, business requirements intake, and visit or access requests. Support PPM module configuration, including forms, flows and templates. Create reusable subflows for approval chains, task packs, SLA timers and escalations. Support the Continuous Authorization Monitoring (CAM) module for A&A processes, RMF tasks and evidence requests. Lead process mapping and future-state process design. Write user stories and user acceptance criteria; manage user acceptance testing. Train ServiceNow users and facilitate workshops with ISSOs/ISSMs, system owners and PMOs. Create standard operating procedures and quick reference guides. Expert and SME placement depends on the applicable customer and contract qualifications.
