The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Expert to work with our dynamic team of IT professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience with a hyperconverged infrastructure solutions, cloud environments, a deep understanding of cloud services, and strong Linux command line understanding. Looking for candidates with some variety of the skills listed below
Responsibilities:
    Cloud Infrastructure Management:
    • Manage cloud-based resources (AWS)
    • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Interest in automation of infrastructure deployment
    Network Architecture Expert:
    • Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN)
    • Proven experience with infrastructure troubleshooting, to include direct interactions with network devices as well as through service providers
    • Proven experience in the design, implementation, procurement, tradecraft, or maintenance of various layers of network infrastructure
    • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
    • Work with external COMMs teams as needed to resolve issues
    Hyperconverged Infrastructure:
    • Understanding of "cloud-in-a-box" hardware solutions
    • Experience with Nutanix or something similar
    • Comfortable with hardware deployments and troubleshooting
    • Understanding of architecting for DDIL scenarios
    Information Security:
    • Experience with or willingness to learn about cross-security domain capabilities
    Qualifications:
    Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • TS/SCI with Poly Clearance
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and/or development environments.
    • Proven experience with Linux command line.
    Certifications -
    Required:
    • Certifications in information security (CISSP, or Security+)
    • Ability to work with external organizations to coordinate technical efforts
    • Ability to work with variety of government stakeholders
    • Proficiency in cloud platforms
    • Knowledge of network protocols and security (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)
    Desired:
    • Experience working in a government or highly regulated industry
    • Knowledge of DevOps practices and methodologies
    • Experience with hyperconverged infrastructure solutions such as Nutanix
    • Certifications in cloud services (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional) are highly desirable.

    Pay Range:
    There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
