TYCHON is seeking an experienced Sr. Systems Engineer / Technical Integration Manager V to serve as an embedded TYCHON Subject Matter Expert (SME) within a customer enterprise environment. The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for the technical health, integration, operation, optimization, and sustainment of TYCHON technologies while ensuring the platform is fully utilized across the customer's cybersecurity and endpoint-management mission. This position will work directly with customer personnel supporting Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO), incident response, and enterprise endpoint management.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Enterprise Systems Engineering & Sustainment Serve as the embedded TYCHON SME, responsible for the technical health, configuration, integration, optimization, and sustainment of TYCHON across the enterprise. Deploy, configure, upgrade, integrate, and troubleshoot TYCHON within Windows, Linux, servers, workstations, applications, networks, and supporting enterprise infrastructure. Perform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, coordinating with TYCHON engineering and product teams to resolve complex software, integration, performance, and configuration issues. Cybersecurity & Endpoint Operations Assist customer personnel conducting Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO), incident response, threat detection, and enterprise endpoint-management activities using TYCHON. Enable and optimize TYCHON capabilities supporting XDR, incident response, IOC detection, endpoint quarantine, investigation, and remediation. Support endpoint-management use cases including configuration management and control, vulnerability management, cyber hygiene, compliance management, patching, and security configuration. Customer Technical Leadership & Platform Adoption Serve as the customer's primary TYCHON technical advisor, providing expert guidance on platform capabilities, configuration, operation, troubleshooting, and use cases. Ensure TYCHON is used to its fullest operational and technical capability by identifying underutilized functionality, new use cases, and opportunities to improve cybersecurity and endpoint-management operations. Translate customer mission and operational requirements into practical TYCHON solutions and work with customer and TYCHON technical teams to implement them. Provide technical demonstrations, training, and knowledge transfer to increase customer proficiency and effective adoption of TYCHON. Automation & Engineering Collaboration Develop scripts and automation using PowerShell, Ansible, Bash, Python, APIs, and related technologies to improve deployment, troubleshooting, remediation, and operational efficiency. Work with Elasticsearch, Kibana, Kafka, APIs, data pipelines, and related technologies supporting TYCHON enterprise operations and analytics. Partner with TYCHON engineering and product teams to communicate customer requirements, resolve technical issues, and identify product and integration improvements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience, with 12+ years of relevant systems engineering, systems integration, cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, or endpoint-management experience. Demonstrated experience independently deploying, integrating, troubleshooting, and sustaining complex enterprise-scale technologies in a customer-facing technical role. Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity and endpoint operations, including incident response, threat detection, vulnerability management, endpoint security, configuration management, and security compliance. Must possess an active DOW Top Secret (TS) security clearance and be able to obtain and maintain applicable

DOW 8570/8140 IAT

Level III or IAM Level III certification requirements.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess strong experience across several of the following areas:

Systems & Infrastructure:

Windows, Linux, enterprise workstations and servers, virtualization, TCP/IP networking, authentication/authorization, web services, and enterprise applications.

Cybersecurity & Endpoint Management:

EDR/XDR, incident response, IOC detection, vulnerability management, STIGs, patching, configuration management, endpoint security, logging, monitoring, and remediation.

Automation & Integration:

PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Python, REST APIs, application deployment, systems integration, and enterprise troubleshooting.

Data & Analytics:

Enterprise data platforms, databases, APIs, logging and monitoring technologies, data processing, and large-scale analytics.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Elasticsearch, Kibana, Kafka, NoSQL databases, data pipelines, and large-scale data environments. Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, EPP, threat hunting, PKI, certificate management, cryptographic discovery, and Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC). Experience supporting Defensive Cyber Operations, DOW/federal cybersecurity environments, DOW enterprise environments, STIGs, or other large-scale government environments.
