2989939628-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Securitas is seeking a Global Security Operations Center Operator to monitor and respond to security events in a 24/7 environment. In this role, you will oversee video, alarms, and access control systems, assess potential threats, and coordinate response actions to protect people, property, and assets worldwide. You will follow established procedures for incident triage, escalation, and reporting while maintaining detailed logs and clear documentation. Working within a mission-driven, safety-focused culture, you will collaborate with security teams and clients, use advanced security technology, and receive ongoing training and development to build a long-term security career. Responsibilities Continuously monitor video, alarms, access control, and security systems in a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Assess, triage, and document security incidents, threats, and irregular activities in real time Dispatch and coordinate field security officers and emergency services as needed Follow standardized operating procedures for incident response, escalation, and notification Maintain accurate, detailed incident logs and produce clear written reports Operate security software, communication platforms, and incident management tools Communicate professionally with clients, internal stakeholders, and response teams Support emergency and crisis management protocols, including drills and real-time events Protect sensitive information and follow all confidentiality and compliance requirements Participate in ongoing training to maintain awareness of security best practices and technology Required Skills Security systems monitoring CCTV and video surveillance Alarm and access control systems Incident response and triage Incident reporting and documentation Critical thinking and situational awareness Dispatch and coordination Security software and GSOC tools Emergency and crisis communication Data entry and log management
