• Incident Response Support Key Responsibilities Monitor security alerts, investigate suspicious activity, and escalate issues to senior team members when needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles, common threats, security controls, and incident response concepts. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, endpoint protection, and general enterprise IT operations. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly, document work accurately, and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Interest in learning security operations, compliance requirements, and best practices in a regulated defense or aerospace environment. Basic Qualifications Associate's or bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, systems administration, network administration, IT support, or a related technical role.
