DevOps Engineer Department :
Technology Company Background We are a fast-growing cross-border logistics technology company with business spanning global multi-region warehousing, real-time shipment tracking, cross-border customs data exchange, and logistics financial settlement. The company's core business systems run on cloud platforms and Kubernetes environments, with high requirements for system stability, production availability, network connectivity, access security, monitoring, alerting, and compliance audit support. We are looking for an engineer with cloud operations, Kubernetes, DevOps, and security operations experience to help build a stable, secure, and auditable production operations system.
Responsibilities Cloud Resources & Infrastructure Operations:
Responsible for daily operations, inspection, and troubleshooting of cloud platform resources, such as AWS / Azure, Kubernetes clusters, networks, storage, VPN, bastion hosts, and related infrastructure.
Production Stability:
Responsible for production deployment, change execution, capacity inspection, monitoring and alerting, troubleshooting, and emergency response to ensure stable operation of core business systems.
Monitoring & Logging:
Maintain monitoring systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, and log collection platforms; optimize alert rules, log retention, service availability monitoring, and resource usage monitoring.
DevOps & Release Support:
Work with development teams to maintain CI/CD processes and support troubleshooting for Jenkins, GitLab, Nginx, Ingress, Helm, and deployment related issues.
Access Control & Security Operations:
Support production access permission review, least-privilege governance, temporary authorization, access traceability, and public access reduction for sensitive systems.
Security Incident & Compliance Support:
Participate in security incident response, assist with impact assessment, temporary mitigation, remediation tracking, post-incident review records, audit materials, and remediation evidence preparation.
Documentation & Process Improvement:
Write and maintain operations SOPs, troubleshooting manuals, change records, permission management procedures, security operations documents, and audit support materials.
Collaborative Support:
Work with R D, DBA, security, product, and customer teams to drive closure of production issue diagnosis, change releases, security remediation, and compliance audit matters.
Requirements Mandatory Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related major, with 3+ years of experience in cloud platforms, DevOps, SRE, or production operations. Must be proficient in both Chinese and English. Familiar with at least one mainstream cloud platform, such as Azure/AWS, and experienced in operations of cloud servers, cloud storage, networking, security groups, firewalls, VPN, monitoring, and alerting. Familiar with Kubernetes operations, including Ingress, Namespace, ConfigMap, Secret, log collection, resource monitoring, and common troubleshooting. Familiar with Linux systems, networking fundamentals, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPN, bastion hosts, and related infrastructure operations. Familiar with CI/CD, Jenkins, GitLab, Nginx, Prometheus, Grafana, log systems, and other common operations tools. Experience in production troubleshooting, change execution, monitoring and alert optimization, capacity inspection, and emergency response. Understanding of access control, least privilege, log retention, audit tracing, security incident response, and basic security compliance requirements. Strong documentation and cross-team communication skills; able to produce incident reports, change records, audit explanations, and remediation materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
Operations experience in cross-border logistics, e-commerce, SaaS, or high-availability online systems. Experience supporting
SOC 2, ISO
27001, customer security audits, or cloud security remediation. Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, Entra ID, PIM, or related security capabilities. Proficiency in Python / Go / Shell, with experience developing automation tools for operations. Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, ArgoCD, or other IaC and automated deployment tools. Experience in security incident response, vulnerability remediation, permission governance, or public access reduction projects. Able to communicate in
