Overview

We're beginning our search for a senior Technical Program Manager to support our Enterprise Cybersecurity organization. We'd like to review qualified candidates from your bench.

Please do not send generic Technical Program Managers. We're looking for someone with deep experience leading enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs, specifically involving Okta and Microsoft Entra ID.

Top Priority Experience (Required)

The ideal candidate has successfully led large, enterprise-scale IAM transformations and understands both the technical and organizational complexity involved.

Candidates should demonstrate experience with:

Enterprise Okta implementations or migrations

Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Federation (SAML, OIDC)

SCIM provisioning

Identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)

Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)

Cross-functional enterprise security programs

Managing implementation partners and system integrators

Executive-level program reporting

Program Scope

The initial charter is leading our enterprise Identity & Access Management roadmap, including a multi-phase migration from Microsoft Entra ID to Okta.

Beyond IAM, this individual will expand into broader cybersecurity initiatives, including:

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

Security Operations

Vendor Risk

Security Awareness

Identity Governance

Enterprise Cybersecurity Programs

This is not a project coordinator role. We need someone who can independently lead complex technical programs, influence senior stakeholders, and coordinate multiple engineering organizations without direct authority.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

8+ years leading complex technical programs

3+ years leading enterprise IAM or cybersecurity programs

Strong executive communication skills

Ability to influence without direct authority

Experience coordinating multiple engineering organizations

Strong dependency management

Excellent risk management

Ability to simplify complex technical topics for executive audiences

Proven success operating in lean, fast-moving organizations
