Workers should expect to be 3 days onsite

Interview:

Initial interview screening via zoom, second round will be with PMO members, final round interview will be with executive SSD leadership. These can be via zoom.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree. A bachelor s degree in business management or computer science is a large plus. At least 8 years of experience managing complex, high visibility projects in a matrixed environment Need to have some cyber security experience (understanding of NIST and CMMC) still and PMP Certified. Selected candidate must be a reliable self-starter who makes sound, well-informed, and objective decisions Experience managing executive board level sessions. The ability to work independently under minimal supervision, with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex situations, follow-up when necessary, and respond to customer needs Must possess mature judgment and a cooperative attitude towards working in a close-knit team environment Must be able to set priorities and handle multiple tasks. Must be able to organize assignments within given timeframes and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal communication skills. Experience creating and maintaining project plans that communicate tasks, milestone dates, and status. Development of project documents such as project charter, communications plans, requirement metrics, and similar documents. Experience with project status reporting to stakeholders, management, and Client Senior Management Ability to balance risk, efficiency of execution, quality of results and SPMO process requirements in the fulfillment of departmental and Client goals. Can adapt to changes in priorities and course of direction Familiarity with business software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office, etc.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with leading projects within NIST frameworks in a government space is preferred A master s degree in Cybersecurity or MBA is preferred. Client Must have

Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain project plans, communicate tasks and milestone dates, and lead project teams. They will be responsible for the development of the project charter and business case, RAID log, communications plan, requirements traceability matrix, project benefits, and value statements, and to define project metrics as applicable. Swift identification and communication of project gaps and risks is paramount
