Work Role Standards. Create a flexible and scalable training and assessment program that can adapt to the evolving cyber landscape and changing Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). Ensure all training and assessment efforts seamlessly integrate with STARCOM's overarching curriculum development process for both officer and enlisted personnel. Design hands-on, sandbox-based assessments requiring demonstration of technical proficiency. Establish baseline competency standards and track progression throughout the training lifecycle.- Other duties as directed Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in offensive/defensive cyber operations (including cyber range operations), with demonstrated experience in scenario creation, adversary emulation, or technical assessment design. Required Education/Certification
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- CompTIA Security Plus Desired Qualifications
- CompTIA Advanced Security Professional (CASP+) or GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender (GCED)
- University bachelor's degree in Cyber Security or Information Technology
- 5+ years in cyber workforce development, technical assessments, or SOC operations
- Familiarity with
USSF/USAF
training standards and instructional design- This is an on-site position.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Unit Cyber and Space Operations experience.
- You will work with a team of high energy and passionate space cyber and training professionals dedicated to "Building Cyber Professionals."
