The Technology Services Senior Engineer is responsible for the availability, security, scalability, and continuity of the internal systems our employees rely on every day. Learn more about life at Pax8 on pax8.com and explore how we're shaping the future of the managed intelligence marketplace through our blog. ️ What You'll Be Doing Act as a senior technical leader designing and evolving enterprise identity and access governance frameworks Architect secure, automation-first solutions across identity platforms, SaaS tools, and business systems ️ Build and maintain event-driven, API-based provisioning and lifecycle automation Lead complex incident resolution and serve as an escalation point for cross-system challenges Establish standards for reliability, security, monitoring, and automation resilience Partner with Architecture, Security, and Governance teams to translate strategy into working systems Create high-quality technical documentation supporting operational sustainability and audit readiness Mentor engineers, share best practices, and influence long-term technical direction The Impact You'll Make Your work will directly improve security posture, operational scale, and employee experience across Pax8. By enabling reliable automation and strong governance, you'll help the business move faster with confidence — supporting teams, partners, and customers at global scale. ✅ What You'll Bring Substantial expertise in enterprise systems engineering, identity platforms, and access governance Proven experience with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP Demonstrated hands-on capability with Microsoft Entra ID, including lifecycle management and access governance Strong background in automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and least-privilege access models Extensive automation experience using infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, workflow orchestration tools, and APIs Solid understanding of security best practices in cloud and automated environments Experience collaborating across technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and influence Clear, confident communication across engineering and leadership audiences Trust and How We Hire At Pax8, we care deeply about building genuine, trust based relationships — starting with how we hire. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, location, and role alignment.
