Compensation, In Detail This is commission-only, uncapped. New producers typically close in the $800-$1,200 range per policy.

Part-time producers: $50,000+ in year one Full-time producers: $80,000 to $300,000+ in year one Pay is issued daily and weekly, and there are additional performance-based bonuses for agents who reach certain production thresholds — this isn't flat commission with nothing else attached.
