The Application Specialist provides dedicated technical support for Canvas LMS and a suite of instructional applications, with a strong focus on the seamless rostering of third-party tools. This role manages user account provisioning and ensures reliable two-way data transfer between platforms, including grade pass back functionality. Collaborating closely with vendors, teachers, and colleagues in both the Technology and Instruction departments, you will resolve issues via the Incident IQ help desk to maintain a high-quality digital learning environment for all students and teachers.BENEFITS
