Analytics Full Job Description Role Overview:
This position involves leading the implementation and management of identity security and governance solutions, specifically SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and Saviynt.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, test, and deploy identity governance solutions, including lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, workflows, and policies. Lead technical delivery by troubleshooting complex issues and guiding onboarding activities to ensure successful implementation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures. Support AI-driven identity governance capabilities, including automation, insights, and emerging technologies. Mentor team members and support identity governance transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum five years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration, with at least two years in SailPoint ISC, Saviynt, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of identity governance, access controls, regulatory compliance, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience leading technical workstreams, providing client solutions, and supporting transformation projects. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions. Familiarity with AI analytics, workflow automation, and emerging security technologies.
