As a Vice President, Product Delivery Manager within Trust & Securi ty , you lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs that align to business outcomes and customer needs. You translate challenges into clear, high-quality requirements and coordinate across delivery teams to deliver shared services and intelligence that help identify fraud faster. You guide teams through dependencies, risks, and milestones while promoting a strong culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Job responsibilities Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects and programs aligned to business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define requirements, set priorities, and manage expectations Develop delivery plans covering scope, timelines, resource needs, dependencies, and risk management Oversee day-to-day execution, monitor progress, and deliver milestones on time Identify risks early and create practical mitigation and contingency plans Apply and improve delivery methodologies, standards, and best practices Provide clear status updates and executive-ready summaries to stakeholders Manage interdependencies across product releases and delivery teams to support smooth delivery Lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and requirements definition Align product and delivery strategies to business goals and identify opportunities for growth Ensure programs and projects are completed in accordance with risk, control, and governance guidelines Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management within a technology environment Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional technology projects or programs Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and modern delivery practices Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other delivery methodologies Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to influence, negotiate, and drive alignment across diverse teams Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured decision-making skills Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Project or delivery certifications (for example, PMP or Agile certifications) Experience using project management tools (for example, Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project) Experience working in a global or matrixed organization Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
