Description We are seeking an experienced Azure Endpoint Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and management of modern endpoint solutions across an enterprise Microsoft environment. This role will focus heavily on Microsoft Intune, endpoint security, device lifecycle management, and cloud-based endpoint administration. The ideal candidate is passionate about modern workplace technologies and has a strong background supporting large-scale Windows environments through Microsoft's cloud ecosystem. Responsibilities

+ Design, implement, and administer Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager solutions

+ Manage Windows Autopilot deployments and device provisioning

+ Develop and maintain compliance, configuration, and security policies

+ Implement application packaging and deployment strategies

+ Support endpoint security initiatives utilizing Microsoft Defender technologies

+ Configure and manage Conditional Access and device compliance controls

+ Perform endpoint patching and update management through Intune

+ Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting

+ Troubleshoot complex endpoint, enrollment, and policy issues

+ Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Service Desk teams on enterprise initiatives

+ Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures Requirements Required Qualifications + 5+ years of endpoint engineering or endpoint administration experience

+ Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune

+ Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)

+ Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration

+ Experience with Windows Autopilot deployments

+ Proficiency with PowerShell scripting

+ Experience managing Azure Entra ID (Azure AD)

+ Knowledge of device compliance, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust principles

+ Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

+ Knowledge of

SCCM/MECM

co-management environments

+ Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS and Android)

+ Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

+ Microsoft certifications such as:

+ MD-102 Endpoint Administrator

+ AZ-104 Azure Administrator

+ MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator Technical Environment
