Job Description

Administer and manage the Google Workspace environment, including Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, and Admin Console Create, configure, and manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units Implement and enforce security policies, including MFA, data loss prevention (DLP), and endpoint management Monitor system performance, usage, and security logs; proactively identify and resolve issues Manage email configurations including routing, spam filtering, and email security settings Handle user lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding, role changes) Configure and maintain Google Workspace applications and third-party integrations Support data migration activities (email, calendars, contacts) from other platforms to Google Workspace Troubleshoot user issues and provide L2/L3 support for Google Workspace services Manage Google Drive permissions, sharing policies, and storage optimization Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements Perform regular audits, reporting, and documentation of system configurations Collaborate with IT and security teams to improve system reliability and security posture Stay updated with new Google Workspace features and recommend improvements
