This position will partner closely with technology, information security, risk, business operations, and executive stakeholders to ensure comprehensive incident preparedness and effective response coordination across the bank. Experience developing, maintaining, or enhancing incident response plans, crisis management procedures, or resiliency frameworks. Strong documentation and process development skills. Experience within financial services, banking, insurance, fintech, or other heavily regulated industries. Understanding of business-critical applications, financial processes, operational risk, and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership. Ability to independently manage priorities and drive initiatives with limited oversight. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting banking regulatory expectations, including FFIEC, OCC, FDIC, NIST, or similar frameworks. Knowledge of operational resilience, enterprise risk management, cybersecurity incident response, or business continuity disciplines. Familiarity with ServiceNow, GRC platforms, or incident management tooling. Experience leading tabletop exercises, crisis simulations, or incident readiness assessments. Certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, CISM, CRISC, ITIL, CISSP, or similar are highly desirable.
