We are seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Test Administrator supporting the Education & Training Center at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
Position Overview:
The Test Administrator will administer a variety of tests—including military, educational, and professional certification exams—to military personnel, civilian employees, and their dependents. The role ensures strict adherence to testing protocols, maintenance of test security, and accurate administration and reporting of results in accordance with Air Force and federal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer Air Force Career Development Academy (AFCDA) end-of-course tests, Defense Language Institute tests, FAA exams, and other standardized assessments as required. Maintain integrity and security of all test materials, including secure storage and destruction of sensitive documents. Prepare testing rooms and computer workstations, verify examinee eligibility, and provide clear instructions to test-takers. Monitor testing sessions, ensure compliance with all guidelines, and handle administrative tasks such as logging attendance, reporting irregularities, and maintaining records. Coordinate with government staff on scheduling, inventory, and reporting requirements. Complete required training and maintain currency on all security and testing program certifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university (required). Experience with standardized educational and military testing programs. Familiarity with Air Force terminology and office procedures. Experience with FAA, DLI, and AFCDA testing platforms, and troubleshooting testing workstations/software (highly desirable). Must be eligible to obtain a National Agency security check and base access credentials.
Work Schedule:
Part-time; approximately 2-3 testing sessions per week (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays and military goal days). Sessions typically last 4-5 hours, alternating between morning (0730-1230) and afternoon (1230-1730) as scheduled.

Compensation and Benefits:
