Senior Cyber Security Engineer We are seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Security Engineer to lead advanced offensive security initiatives that proactively identify and validate risks across enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments. In this role, you will conduct sophisticated red team operations, penetration testing engagements, and adversary simulations that mirror real-world attack scenarios. Working closely with security operations and defensive teams, you will uncover critical vulnerabilities, evaluate organizational resilience, and provide actionable recommendations to strengthen detection, response, and overall security posture. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of attacker methodologies, the ability to analyze complex attack paths, and a passion for improving cybersecurity through hands-on testing and collaboration. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in offensive security, red team exercises, and vulnerability exploitation across web applications, APIs, cloud platforms, identity management systems, and internal networks. You will leverage industry-recognized frameworks and tools to assess security controls, demonstrate business-relevant risk, and help organizations better defend against modern threats. Strong expertise in post-exploitation techniques, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and custom scripting is essential, along with the ability to clearly communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with cloud security testing, custom tool development, and industry certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, or OSCE are highly valued.
