THE WORK

The Lockheed Martin Leader will be responsible for the following:

• Be familiar with and embrace the Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives.

They will be responsible for Lockheed Martin personnel management activities, including implementing a communication plan, managing time and attendance, performing recruiting, and hiring activities, writing, and delivering performance appraisals, conducting merit planning, participating in promotion planning, career development counseling, mentoring, informal and formal performance improvement actions, and additional as-required functions for direct reports.
