GSOC Analyst II Overview of position: Executive Airlift Government Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analyst II to work at Joint Base Andrews, MD. A United States Citizenship and an active Top Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
Tier II Support is "Mission Essential", 24x7 support Operates in the GSOC Track and assist aircraft in flight with communications issues Use Chat software to support Executive Airlift aircraft in flight Respond to incident calls Drive resolution, coordinate with internal and external teams to identify the root cause, restore service with workarounds if necessary, and communicate status to affected stakeholders throughout and following the incident Provide daily ticket reviews, updates, and reports Support Trend Analysis Maintain a Master Station Log (MSL) of all actions performed on shift
Experience/Skills:

$63,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year Security clearance: Top Secret (Required)
