A United States Citizenship and an active Top Secret DoD Security Clearance is required to be considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
Tier II Support is "Mission Essential", 24x7 support Operates in the GSOC Track and assist aircraft in flight with communications issues Use Chat software to support Executive Airlift aircraft in flight Respond to incident calls Drive resolution, coordinate with internal and external teams to identify the root cause, restore service with workarounds if necessary, and communicate status to affected stakeholders throughout and following the incident Provide daily ticket reviews, updates, and reports Support Trend Analysis Maintain a Master Station Log (MSL) of all actions performed on shift
Experience/Skills:
4+ Years Service Desk Experience Preferred skills:
ServiceNow Experience Certifications:
Maintain applicable certifications as requested by company or required by
Customers Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Clearance:
Active Top Secret clearance is required. Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check. Maintain applicable security clearance(s) at the level required by the client and/or applicable certification(s) as requested by FEDITC and/or required by
FEDITC'S
Client(s)/Customer(s)/Prime contractor(s).
