3001568592-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Andy Frain Services, a leader in finance and insurance, seeks a Security Director to oversee security strategy and operations across its facilities. In this role, you will design and manage physical security programs, conduct risk assessments, and lead incident response to protect people, assets, and critical financial operations. You will oversee guard services, access control, and surveillance systems while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams, you'll drive continuous improvement, develop policies, and mentor security staff in a collaborative, growth-focused culture. Responsibilities Develop and execute security strategy to protect people, facilities, and financial assets. Oversee daily security operations, including guard services, access control, and surveillance. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans aligned with regulatory requirements. Lead incident response, investigations, and reporting to leadership and regulators as needed. Manage security vendors, contracts, and technology solutions (CCTV, access control, alarms). Collaborate with executives, operations, and compliance teams on enterprise risk and resilience. Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans. Recruit, train, and mentor security staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability. Monitor security metrics, prepare status reports, and recommend continuous improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and applicable laws in finance and insurance.
