ABOUT ACCENTURE SECURITY

Our OT Security practice delivers program-scale cybersecurity outcomes to critical infrastructure owners across energy, utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, water, and life sciences—combining deep domain expertise with the scale and innovation that only Accenture can bring. The Work As an OT Cybersecurity Senior Manager, you will lead complex, multi-workstream engagements and drive the growth of Accenture's OT Security practice. You are a recognized practitioner who can direct delivery teams, build trusted client relationships at the CISO and VP level, and contribute to business development across the OT security market. You balance strategic vision with operational accountability—ensuring delivery quality on your own accounts while actively supporting the pursuit of new business as a senior subject matter expert.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead multi-workstream OT security engagements across critical infrastructure clients—owning delivery quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance Develop and execute OT security program strategies for clients, including multi-year roadmaps, governance structures, CSOC build-outs, and technology investment plans Serve as a trusted senior advisor to client CISOs, VP-level leaders, and operational stakeholders on OT risk strategy, regulatory compliance (NERC
CIP, TSA, CFATS
), and program maturity Drive client growth through relationship development, add-on scoping, and proactive identification of security capability gaps Oversee and mentor a team of consultants and managers—providing technical guidance, career development, and quality assurance across deliverables Serve as a senior SME on competitive OT security pursuits—shaping win strategy, contributing to RFP responses and orals preparation, and lending technical credibility to proposals across the practice pipeline Lead or co-lead OT security business development efforts including opportunity qualification, client presentations, and proposal strategy Represent Accenture's OT security capabilities externally through speaking engagements, industry forums, and client workshops Contribute to Accenture's OT Security practice development—building reusable assets, methods, accelerators, and partnerships with OT technology vendors (Dragos, RunZero, NetRise, Claroty, etc.) Manage engagement economics: staffing, forecasting, margin, risk escalation Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Here's what you need Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or critical infrastructure security roles Minimum 7 years of consulting experience, with a demonstrated track record delivering OT security programs to Fortune/Global 1000 or critical infrastructure clients Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience, including managing, mentoring, and developing consultants and senior consultants Minimum 5 years of experience leading OT security assessments, program design, or managed security implementations across multiple industry verticals Minimum 5 years of experience engaging with C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders on OT risk, compliance, and program strategy Professional Skills Requirements Demonstrated experience with OT regulatory frameworks:
NERC CIP, IEC 62443, TSA SD-02D, NIST CSF, DOE
C2M2, or equivalent Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Bonus points if you have Minimum 5 years of experience in business development activities: shaping opportunities, developing win strategies, leading client pitches Experience structuring and managing large-scale OT security programs ($2M+ engagements) with multiple concurrent workstreams Deep familiarity with the OT security vendor ecosystem (Dragos, RunZero, NetRise, Claroty, Nozomi, Armis, Verve, etc.) and the ability to position Accenture's alliance investments commercially Experience building or operating OT-centric CSOCs, integrating OT NSM platforms with enterprise SIEMs and SOC workflows Familiarity with
MITRE ATT&CK
for ICS, threat intelligence frameworks, and adversary TTPs targeting critical infrastructure Relevant certification: CISSP, GICSP, CISM, GRID, or equivalent Existing relationships with utility, energy, or critical infrastructure security leaders Experience contributing to OT security thought leadership: publications, conference presentations, or regulatory comment processes Master's degree in cybersecurity, engineering, business, or a related field Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
