  • Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM

  • As a Phlebotomist II, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing. This location primarily serves women's health patients, making compassionate care, professionalism, and attention to detail especially important to supporting positive healthcare outcomes.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric specimen collections following established procedures and quality standards + Verify patient identification and ensure specimens are labeled accurately in the patient's presence + Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing while maintaining integrity and compliance requirements + Maintain required records, documentation, and patient confidentiality + Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming, professional experience for patients + Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties + Travel to other locations as needed to support staffing and operational requirements + Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment •What We're Looking For•+ A current, up-to-date resume + High School Diploma or equivalent required + 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections + Strong phlebotomy skills with the ability to perform quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision + Customer service experience in a healthcare, retail, or service environment preferred + Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred + Strong keyboarding, data entry, communication, and organizational skills + Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed + Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy + Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB Test required; COVID and Flu vaccinations strongly recommended) •What's In It For You•+ Opportunity to work in a patient-focused women's health setting + Dedicated training and onboarding support + Exposure to a variety of patient care and laboratory service environments + Collaborative team culture with opportunities to expand your clinical experience + Meaningful work that directly impacts patient care and diagnostic outcomes + Potential pathway to long-term career opportunities •Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility)•Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Supplemental Life Insurance + Short Term Disability Insurance + 401(k)ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
