Job Title Sr. Engineer, AI, Cybersecurity About your role: As a Sr. Engineer, AI Cybersecurity, you will design and implement security controls that protect systems, data, and infrastructure across Fiserv. You will work with cybersecurity, engineering, and cross-functional teams to identify risks, strengthen controls, and support secure technology delivery. Your work helps protect sensitive information and maintain compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. What you'll do: Design and implement cybersecurity solutions that strengthen the protection of systems, data, and infrastructure. Assess security vulnerabilities and evaluate mitigation strategies based on risk, control effectiveness, and business impact. Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to integrate security practices across the software development lifecycle. Conduct security assessments and audits to validate compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry frameworks. Review security data and tool outputs to identify control gaps, policy deviations, and potential threats, and recommend remediation actions. Develop and maintain documentation for security processes, technical controls, and operational procedures. Support the deployment and administration of identity, access, endpoint, data protection, and authentication security technologies. Experience you'll need to have: 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, security operations, or related information security functions. 2+ years of experience with privileged access management (PAM) and identity and access management (IAM) principles and technologies, including CyberArk. 2+ years of experience with systems and network administration in Windows and Unix/Linux environments. 2+ years of experience with authentication tools and protocols such as Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) and PingID. 2+ years of experience with data loss prevention (DLP) tools such as Forcepoint, Broadcom, or similar platforms. 2+ years of experience with endpoint management or endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike, Tanium, or similar platforms. 2+ years of experience with encryption tools such as PKWARE or similar data protection technologies. Bachelor's Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience. Experience that would be great to have: Experience in the financial services industry. Experience supporting AI security, model security, or data protection controls in AI-enabled environments. Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or equivalent certification. How you'll work: This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
