This role combines people leadership, security operations, client advisory, compliance support, and continuous improvement of our security offerings. You'll serve as both a technical leader and strategic partner—ensuring security services are delivered effectively, incidents are managed appropriately, team members continue to grow, and clients receive practical guidance that reduces risk and improves security maturity. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop Security Analysts through coaching, career development, and performance management Manage team priorities, workload distribution, and accountability to ensure high-quality service delivery Oversee security alerts, escalations, investigations, and incident response activities Serve as the primary escalation point for complex security incidents and high-risk situations Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts following security events Conduct security assessments and help clients identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve security posture Advise clients on cybersecurity best practices, compliance requirements, and security strategy Support compliance initiatives including
