JOB/POSITION TITLE

TransportationPOSITION SUMMARY
Under supervision from the Paratransit Manager, the incumbent will have general responsibility over facility video retrieval, management, and its storage as well as documentation. This includes preparing evidence for claims and investigators in a timely and organized fashion. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Transportation Department and other RTA staff.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Retrieving videos that illustrate incidents throughout agency property with attention to detail. Summarizes and investigates incidents based on video evidence. Stores and manages video evidence with appropriate metadata. Configure camera views for various work functions around all RTA facilities. Provide guidance on gaps in video coverage. Provide identification card printing services. Work in partnership with the Security Analyst as needed. Provide investigation findings related to bus and facility incidents. Fulfill public records requests and documentation. Maintain (including minor repairs) to facility security camera equipment and access control systems as needed. Monitoring of camera systems due to security related events. Assist with bus video related complaints and events as needed. Engagement in public areas including hubs and facilities. Be present to assist in de-escalating and handling potentially hostile situations. Maintain records related to video, employee identification badges, and vendor contracts. Enter security-related incidents and data and create reports to show trends. Provide guidance on measures to improve security based on data reports. Support needs of the Safety & Security department. REQUIRED EDUCATION

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

POSITION/JOB TYPE & EXPECTED SCHEDULE
- This is a full-time position with a schedule that may include Monday through Sunday, depending on operational needs, with occasional assignments after hours or on weekends to support various departments with regards to facility access controls and facility camera coverage.
ADDITONAL INFORMATION
- This is an exempt, pay grade 15 position with an initial salary hiring range of $62,171 (minimum) to $77,716 (midpoint), dependent on qualifications and experience.
