  • DAT•Intern, you will engage in a dynamic learning environment, gaining exposure to digital assurance practices and methodologies.
You will support teams by participating in projects that focus on enhancing transparency, integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements, allowing businesses to concentrate on their growth. Within our Assurance practice, you will be part of a team that provides independent assessments, helping clients make informed decisions and drive their business forward. As an Intern, you will adopt a learning mindset, supporting teams with basic tasks and conducting research while observing professional work environments. You will have the opportunity to apply auditing methodologies and develop your personal brand, contributing to the team's success. In this role, you will actively listen, ask questions to deepen your understanding, and express ideas clearly. You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, committing to understanding how the business operates and building commercial awareness. This position offers a chance to learn and grow, paving the way for future opportunities. Responsibilities
  • Supporting audit teams by participating in the execution of digital assurance tasks
  • Observing and learning from experienced auditors to understand auditing methodologies and practices
  • Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial data to support decision-making processes
  • Engaging in basic research to gather information relevant to audit projects
  • Applying auditing methodologies to evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participating in client support activities to enhance service delivery
  • Utilizing cloud engineering principles to contribute to the development of audit solutions
  • Collaborating with team members to identify and address potential risks in financial reporting
  • Developing an understanding of compliance and governance frameworks within the audit context
  • Actively listening and accepting feedback to improve personal and professional growth What You Must Have
  • Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology
  • At least a 3.0 overall GPA
  • Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Client service intern positions are considered entry-level roles. Candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree program or fourth year of a five-year program at the time of application What Sets You Apart
