Responsibilities Assist in monitoring network security and analyze security incidents. Participate in vulnerability assessments and remediation. Help maintain and improve the security posture of existing systems. Support the creation and updating of security documentation and policies. Conduct research on emerging security technologies and trends. Engage in cybersecurity awareness training initiatives. Collaborate with team members to respond to security alerts and incidents. Perform other duties as required by management. Qualifications Pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field. Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols. Understanding of basic security principles and practices. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.). Experience with security tools such as firewalls, antivirus, and SIEM. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Able to work full-time 40 hours per week during the summer (May-August), flexible schedule, and hourly pay.
